QPlastics depends on smart packaging in which our experts focus on creating designs that are optimized for recycling, so we can overcome the problem of the packaging that usually ends to be a waste just when consumers finish using a product.
By making our existing packaging easier to recycle and using more and more recycled material in new packaging, QPlastics will help to keep materials in the value chain for longer.
Our strategy is to gather materials after they have been used and process them so they can be reused or recycled repeatedly. This eliminates waste and reduces the environmental impact of packaging as long as strong recycling and waste management systems are in place.
QPlastics is committed to ensure green practices ranging from energy savings to waste reduction, and recycling of all our regrinds to make new containers from old ones. For example, the offered technology of Multi-layered containers, will allow the use of almost 100% of our rejects and make possible use of recycled HDPE plastics from external sources from Qatar.
At QPlastics, we recycle & reuse our in-process wastages, to meet environmental regulations, and provide sustainable products. Our finished goods are 100% Recyclabel & Reusable.

Plant-based plastics have been available for the injection molding process for a decade. Recently. bio-plastics have been developed for blow molding applications. Still, there is a significant amount of testing needed to confirm molding limits and product performance in various applications, but initial results are promising. We are paying attention to this and willing to make part of this trend in the future! Sustainability initiatives inspire new ways of thinking at QPlastics.
